Leap Year

Leap years don't seem quite fair to me. Everyone works an extra day and we don't get paid anymore. It's kind of like we are working for free. I think leap year day should be a national holiday. We really wouldn't lose too much productivity because it only comes around once every four years. And when it does come it would be pretty exciting. Who wouldn't be excited about an extra day off work. This is the kind of stuff Congress should be focusing on rather than steroids in Major League Baseball.
