You know that something is wrong with people who go outside in the middle of winer and stand in freezing temperatures and snow so they can smoke a cigarette. I am looking forward to the Chicago smoking ban so these people have to stand out towards the street and freeze their asses off. This situation will provide a great reason to quit.
